Dedicated to Medical Research and Education

I Care Inc. is a nonprofit 501c3 foundation dedicated to medical research and education, established originally in Washington, DC
and registered most recently in the State of Maryland since 1995.

The purposes of I Care Inc (Fed ID # 521200664) are as follows:

" To support the ongoing programs of the International Center for Interdisciplinary Studies of Immunology at Georgetown University;

" To serve as a repository of knowledge of immunological concepts, principles and techniques related to human disease;

" To teach clinical immunology to medical students, house staff, fellows, attending staff and paramedical personnel;

" To conduct research in clinical immunology and to develop new procedures and tests related to this discipline;

" To coordinate and integrate special laboratories concerned with clinical immunology;

" To engage in direct patient care and consultative activities;

" To create an increased public awareness of the impact of immunology on diseases and disease prevention througha variety
of educational programs, including the organization of educational conferences and publications, e.g. periodicals and textbooks;

and

" To collaborate with affiliated institutions in the greater Washington DC area, the nation and in other countries to achieve a more unified and efficient approach to improved health care through immunology.
